La Arepa was born from a desire to share the vibrant flavors of Venezuela with Portland’s community. As first and second-generation Venezuelans, we opened our doors in 2010 to fill a gap in authentic Venezuelan cuisine and celebrate our heritage through food.

Since our expansion in 2016, we’ve enhanced our website, diversified our menu, and introduced catering services for events. We’ve also opened job positions, bottled two of our most popular sauces.
